The Coaching Experience:
Pre-Trip: Take the ELI Assessment and schedule a debrief with me (over the phone or via video) to learn more about Energy Leadership and how you’re accessing different energy levels in your life
Specific questions/prompts at the beginning and end of the hike for you to reflect on (either quietly on your own or while hiking with another member of the group)
Gathering at lunchtime, dinner, and breakfast for a group coaching session: I’ll ask one volunteer to be coached while the group observes (‘fishbowl’ session). Afterward, I’ll ask everyone to engage in a reflective group discussion about a topic, idea, or question that arose in the fishbowl session and how that might apply to their own life, situation, etc. We will also spend our dinner session learning about the Energy Leadership Index and what it means for you.
Commitment to specific action steps you’ll take when you return home
