What Hiking & Coaching clients are saying…

-optional: small notepad/paper and writing utensil (if you’d like to jot down notes during reflection time or group coaching experience…can also use your phone for this!)
*Comfortable and sturdy hiking boots/shoes
*Clothing you can move and sweat in
*A layer you can take on and off to regulate your body temp
*Optional: hiking poles (bring ‘em if you like ‘em!)
*Optional: extra pair of shoes/clothes you can leave in the car and change into after the hike
The Coaching Experience:
Pre-Hike: you’ll take the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment and do a debrief session with me (over the phone or via video call) to learn more about the different energy levels you’re accessing in your life
Specific questions/prompts at the beginning and end of the hike for you to reflect on (either quietly on your own or while hiking with another member of the group)
Gathering at lunchtime for a group coaching session: I’ll give a presentation on the Energy Leadership Assessment and then I’ll ask one volunteer to be coached while the group observes in a ‘fishbowl’ style session.
Commitment to specific action steps you’ll take when you return home
This is an opportunity to both go inward and explore your own heart & mind AND to connect with others on their own personal journeys.
Going “into the wild” can offer a RESET and a RESPITE from the stress, busyness, and monotony of daily life: it offers space to breathe, to daydream, to reflect, to open up, to clear brain fog, to connect to something larger than yourself, and to regulate your nervous system by spending time in nature…all of which lays the foundation to creating meaningful TRANSFORMATION in your life.
