COMING Fall 2022!:
Backpacking & Group Coaching Experience

Experience the benefits of professional coaching in a DEEPER WAY that will help you to EXPLORE and NAVIGATE your current reality, identify what’s supporting you and what’s holding you back in your life.

Hi! I’m Becky!

I’ll be your guide on this TRANSFORMATIONAL JOURNEY IN COACHING IN THE WILD…..

 Who is this for?

Anyone Who is….

  • Feeling overworked, ‘too busy”, stressed, and/or overwhelmed
looking for a reset button in your life

  • Feeling stuck (about a situation, a relationship, a decision, etc.) and looking for clarity in order to move forward

  • Looking to make some kind of change for yourself
interested in doing deep personal reflection and willing to be vulnerable in a group setting

  • Open to exploring within yourself and to holding space for others to do their own inner work

  • At a crossroads in your life

AND for anyone who….

  • Enjoys time outdoors in a ‘wild’ setting overnight

  • Is physically able to navigate a hiking trail and carry a backpack with gear

  • Is willing to engage in a moderate-to-difficult physical challenge (there will be sweat involved!)

  • Has some previous backpacking & camping experience (newer backpackers welcome!)

What should I expect?

The Coaching Experience:

  • Pre-Trip: Take the ELI Assessment and schedule a debrief with me (over the phone or via video) to learn more about Energy Leadership and how you’re accessing different energy levels in your life

  • Specific questions/prompts at the beginning and end of the hike for you to reflect on (either quietly on your own or while hiking with another member of the group)

  • Gathering at lunchtime, dinner, and breakfast for a group coaching session: I’ll ask one volunteer to be coached while the group observes (‘fishbowl’ session). Afterward, I’ll ask everyone to engage in a reflective group discussion about a topic, idea, or question that arose in the fishbowl session and how that might apply to their own life, situation, etc. We will also spend our dinner session learning about the Energy Leadership Index and what it means for you.

  • Commitment to specific action steps you’ll take when you return home

This is an opportunity to both go inward and explore your own heart & mind AND to connect with others on their own personal journeys.

Going “into the wild” can offer a RESET and a RESPITE from the stress, busyness, and monotony of daily life: it offers space to breathe, to daydream, to reflect, to open up, to clear brain fog, to connect to something larger than yourself, and to regulate your nervous system by spending time in nature…all of which lays the foundation to creating meaningful TRANSFORMATION in your life.
